Yizhou (Joe) Liu is a digital media specialist with expertise in social media marketing, graphic design, PR strategy and digital analytics. Currently based in Washington D.C., he works with corporate and sovereign clients to develop creative digital media solutions and conduct stakeholder research. 

Prior to Qorvis, Yizhou worked at a biotech equipment company as a creative designer. He also gained experience in PR planning and digital marketing with global organizations like Edelman, Hill & Knowlton Strategies and Porsche during his time in China.  

Yizhou holds a MA in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University, with a focus on digital marketing and media relations, and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Shanghai International Studies University.
