Her background includes roles at Peru’s largest bank and a multilateral organization in Washington, where she focused on digital engagement and cross-market communications. She has a strong track record of helping clients drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Zavala holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Lima and an M.S. in Interdisciplinary Business Studies (STEM) from The George Washington University, with concentrations in Digital Marketing & Analytics and Technology & Innovation Management. She is certified in Digital Marketing Strategy and Growth Hacking.
