Qorvis Communications was selected as the agency of record for AAMCO, the world’s largest chain of transmission specialists and a leader in total car care, in 2009 to oversee its research, advertising, interactive marketing and public relations efforts nationwide.

Solution

After conducting market research to test the reach and impact of AAMCO’s advertising campaigns on various market segments nationwide, Qorvis developed messaging to position AAMCO as the locally owned and operated, well-qualified car repair specialist you know and trust. After designing a refreshed logo, Qorvis established the AAMCO YouTube Channel, Facebook Fan Page and Twitter feed – all of which it maintains today. These social media channels work to engage communities around AAMCO and allow Qorvis to deliver the company’s message in an unfiltered, direct-to-consumer way.

 

Qorvis also worked with AAMCO to develop and produce the “We Hear You” campaign which aired in select markets. The campaign is one of the most successful in company history and raised sales by 15 percent. “We Hear You” and other Qorvis campaigns have garnered numerous awards and accolades including Gold and Silver ADDYs and a Hermes Award.
