Hakim Abdul-Wakil specializes in international affairs, media outreach, strategic communications, and analysis. Based in Washington, D.C., he operates at the intersection of diplomacy and media, leveraging his expertise to forge impactful connections and drive meaningful change for sovereign and corporate clients in both the United States and the MENA region.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Abdul-Wakil holds a Master’s in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Government & Politics, with minors in French and History.

Additionally, he was a scholar in the university’s Arabic Flagship program. As editor and head of outreach for the university’s international relations journal, BORDERS, he honed his skills in articulating complex ideas and fostering cross-cultural understanding.
