At a time when many associations were experiencing declining engagement, SHRM needed a technology-forward strategy to increase member acquisition and deliver measurable growth.

Qorvis developed a research-driven, integrated marketing and communications strategy designed to elevate SHRM’s value proposition and expand its reach.
We introduced advanced digital marketing techniques across advertising, search engine optimization, paid search, campaign landing pages, and traffic acquisition initiatives. As part of the “SHRM Solutions” campaign, we deployed interactive tools, including a targeted microsite and downloadable resources, to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
The integrated campaign strengthened SHRM’s market position and reinforced its leadership in the HR profession.
Our work also supported SHRM’s Annual Conference & Exposition, building a multi-tier call to action that engaged C-suite leaders, CHROs, small businesses, and HR professionals across the country. The conference achieved record attendance, with a 63% increase over the prior year and an estimated $3 million in additional revenue.
