Qorvis worked closely with the executive leadership to define the future identity — clarifying core differentiators, competitive landscape, target audiences, and value proposition. Through structured strategy sessions, we shaped the conceptual positioning, selling strategy, and customer benefits that would anchor the new brand.
From that foundation, Qorvis developed the company’s new name – Oceus Networks – along with its visual identity system, logo, color palette, and tagline.
Within three months, we built a comprehensive corporate identity and communications platform, including corporate and internal websites, marketing collateral, and digital strategy. We also conducted media training and developed comprehensive PR, analyst relations, crisis, and internal communications plans.
Oceus Networks launched successfully as a standalone U.S. corporation with a cohesive brand identity, disciplined messaging platform, and integrated communications strategy. The company entered the market with a fully developed corporate presence and clear positioning among government and defense stakeholders.
