Richard Silipigni is a dynamic, high-energy entrepreneur, enterprise consultant and servant leader at the nexus of digital, technology, and capital markets.

He has extensive experience working with the Fortune 100 to portfolio brands of the most prominent private equity and investment banking firms in the United States – including Arlington Capital, Goldman Sachs, GTCR, KKR, Kleiner Perkins, Thoma Bravo, and Veritas Capital. He has helped dozens of the world’s most recognized brands access and expand into new and emerging markets, harness the power of disruptive technologies, and develop clear and actionable strategies to optimize brand equity, accelerate revenue performance, and drive stockholder value in the markets that matter most.

He returns to Qorvis where he previously served as VP of Business Development tasked with extending the agency’s reach into new markets and expanding its digital first advertising and integrated marketing capabilities globally. In his new role, he is charged once again with helping the agency leverage its global footprint and create the structure and capacity to deliver an even broader and more diverse range of capabilities to help our clients meet the real time demands of an always-on world.

Following his first stint at Qorvis, Silipigni co-founded Bluetext, a digital-first marketing agency, where was the firm’s Managing Partner and Chief Growth Officer, leading the strategy behind the agency’s powerful growth trajectory from its inception to its acquisition by Eastport Holdings in 2017.

In the years immediately prior, he was a leading broadcast advertising executive in Washington, D.C., where he propelled WTOP NewsRadio to the number one billing broadcast company in the U.S. as well as in the inception and launch of FederalNewsRadio. His success lead him to the Washington Redskins, where as Vice President of Sales he played a significant role behind the strategy and launch of the regional multimedia TV, radio, and digital broadcast operations of one of the most successful franchises in the NFL.
